hey guys updating this again because im still on the brink of homelessness and we really REALLY need some fucking money. I cant really lower my prices any further these are actually outdated and i usually charge more but fuck i need cash so.

So I know I have a flash thing of my commission info, but after thinking 'bout it, some people may not to be able to see flash for one way or another. SO I decided to put it in a journal anyways to make it easy.

i'll hide comments of commissions i've already finished to keep it tidy!

TERMS OF SERVICE

PAYMENT

All payment will be done via paypal either via paypal.me or via invoice.

I require payment before I start anything
Payment plans CAN be worked out if payment is over 20$
I only accept USD so please make sure you have USD.

REFUNDS

If for any reason you require a refund, payment will be given depending on how far along in the picture I have gotten
Refunds will NOT be given after I am done the picture (that's what showing you sketches is for, to make sure you like it)
if for some reason something comes up and you're needing the money back or can no longer afford a commission, contact me

MY RIGHTS AS THE ARTIST

I reserve the right to deny you a commission for any reason I please without explanation
I reserve the right to cancel a commission you have bought and give you what I have done, and a refund if I feel the need too.
I reserve the right to use your commission as examples on further works (with your character credited)
I reserve the right to refuse doing a commission for you if I find that you have been rude to me and will tell you so.

YOUR RIGHTS AS THE BUYER

You reserve the right to upload your commission wherever you like, so long as you leave my watermark alone and link to one of my sites. (this one preferred)
You have the right to crop/edit the commission as you like for icons, banners, etc as long as I am still credited and the watermark is still visible
you do NOT have the right to claim my art as yours
